This is an NCG graded 1938-S Mercury Dime MS66 full Bands!!  A great high grade example of the 38-S mercury.  This coin is very hard to find in this grade.  Ebay has not sold any recently, and I can only find one record elsewhere, a PCGS example that sold for $200 in June of 2009.
